We’re a preferred provider with Moda (formerly ODS) Premier Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and able to bill most other insurance companies. If you have dental insurance, bring a copy of your insurance card to your appointment. Prior to your appointment, we may ask you a few questions regarding your insurance to check your eligibility and benefits.
If you have any questions regarding your benefits, feel free to contact us—however, your insurance company may be able to better answer your questions.
As a courtesy to our patients, we accept Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover®. Our office provides quality service at a reasonable cost—therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless otherwise arranged before your treatment. Any balances not covered by your insurance, regardless of the reason, are the patient’s responsibility. For your convenience, we do offer an affordable Well Credit financing option.
We mail monthly statements to patients. Insurance companies usually pay within four to six weeks following the dental service. If a balance remains, we’ll mail your monthly statement if you haven’t already paid it. Please promptly remit your payment to avoid any further charges. If the statement doesn’t reflect the insurance payment, contact us.
